The information in the training was accurate but the way the training was given was absolutely the worst I have ever had. Not only was the robot voice extremely boring but there were numerous spelling and grammar errors, even in the survey at the end. There was even a section on the training that went over how to present training and none of what was gone over in that section was used in the 360 training. Everyone at my work has said the same thing and no one wants to use them again.
I like your training program. After I did 1 class I found it helpful to listen to each section more than once. I score it a 4 because the class freeze a few times on the same frame/ spot in some videos. Also not great if using a phone. Laptop or computer is best but I'???m on the go a lot and had to use phone a few times.
Here'???s a version that conveys maximum disappointment while staying clear and impactful:---Four months just to get a 60-hour card '??? absolutely unacceptable. The customer service is by far the worst I'???ve ever experienced. Endless hours on hold, only to speak with someone who can barely understand English. Frustrating, exhausting, and completely unprofessional.
