Terrible customer service.I reached out because they did not send me my certificate of completion, even after I sent in the proctor affidavit with the exam results. I've been reaching out every other week since December 2024, and they keep telling me, "We'll get back to you in two days." Nothing.Will not be using it for my CE ever again.
The course was well worth the cost, which I really didn't think was too expensive at all! It's self paced and allows you to save your progress as you go. I decided to take this course as a way to beef up my resume. I am definitely not one to enjoy course work, and this really was not an exception, however 360Training made it easy.
My experience was good everybody is amazing the never doubt when you ask them something and you don'???t know ,I think learning is the most expensive things in life ,especially if you want to be good at something,I remember my first day when the taught me how to handle with plate and I was nervous ,but know you know Is part of life you have to learn if you want to be successful,I still got some things to learn but am going to put my effort everyday to learn
According to the NYS health department we were supposed to recieve a physical card in the mail. This was never mentioned by 360 nor offerred, making this basically a waste of time. I had to go out of my way to obtain a physical card that should have been sent to me as per the law.
I work for a construction company that requires our workerss to do several trainings before they are released the the field. The company has spent over $10,000 and we had been using 360 for several months until we ran into an issue with spanish trainings. I tried reaching out for help and they said I had no account based on my email.. how would oyu know what account I need assistance with if customer service doesnt ask.. after I told them what account I was using they said they are unable to find it and our worker would have to contact themselves. Instead of asking for password or another easier method.. mind you this was already a week in after back and forth emailing. I would think with the money they make they could hire better customer service.. Take your money elsewhere.
