Needs updating

The fact 360 training does not provide proctoring service is why I'm rating 3 stars. The training material has very dated training videos, typos, and incorrect answers. This training needs a review and updating

Charged full price for 30-hour course, received an 8-hour course

I paid $169.73 for what I thought was the OSHA 30-Hour Construction course. But I was given the 8-Hour Confined Spaces course instead '??? which only costs $59.I explained the mistake to support, but they refused to help. They admitted the course I got was only 8 hours, but said no refunds or corrections were possible since I had completed it.So I paid full price for a short, lower-value course I didn'???t want. No compensation, no transfer, no support.Extremely disappointed. Be careful what you purchase on this site '??? even if it'???s their mistake, they won'???t fix it.

Program crashed multiple times during

Program crashed multiple times during my training, support was not able to help, 'everything is fine on our end'. Content is outdated compared to other training I am doing. I cannot recommend this, keep looking.

Dont waste your money

I understand that when you have to sit for the entire length of the program. But when you have done that begin your final exam. Get three questions to the end and the screen times out. Then you reopen it to find out that the time changed and now you have to spend an additional 3 hrs on a 30 hr course. Nothing but glitches in their software. Customer support is awful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Timer is inaccurate

I have a business account which has over 10 users. My employees including myself have had issues with the timer. I am currently trying to finish my OSHA 30, have spent the required 30 hours and the test is locked saying I need to spend an additional 17 hrs. I have contacted customer service and am told they will let the developers know but I never get a resolution. Unless you have unlimited hrs to spend for no reason dont use them. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as this is preventing my company from starting on a job.

Correct answer will not be approved.

You had/have a course on H2S that has a question on the final exam that the answer is marked as wrong no matter what you select. I brought this to your attention and someone responded and said "this is the correct answer" and showed the correct answer. I had already selected that answer many times, a colleague also had the same issue. I went back in after your employee said it was fixed but its not. To my knowledge, its still messed up and this has been almost a year ago. Fix your mess!!
