Review Time
Company never sent the card I called for them to send another and they try to charge me 90$ for a card I never received. Also the website is super buggy my course took closer to 50 hours with all the time that never counted because the system is glitchy. Go get your course somewhere where they won't try to charge you for a card you never received.
A whole mess. Every agent I spoke to gave me the wrong information and completely different information from the last. I kept telling them they were wrong and wouldn't listen to me. A couple even ended their chat with me. It took over seven months to receive the card I was supposed to receive within 2-3 weeks from the date of completion.
I bought a 2 course package. Took 1 course and when I had time to take the second course they told me I waited too long to take the second course and had to purchase again. Makes no sense. If I pay for it and haven'???t even opened the course to start, then I should be able to take it whenever I can. Scam.
The training program itself is extremely dated in appearance and functions like web 1.0.Anyone I'???ve spoken with about these trainings during interviews or industry interactions has laughed at them and said they mean nothing. They'???re right, unfortunately. Waste of my money.
