A whole mess

A whole mess. Every agent I spoke to gave me the wrong information and completely different information from the last. I kept telling them they were wrong and wouldn't listen to me. A couple even ended their chat with me. It took over seven months to receive the card I was supposed to receive within 2-3 weeks from the date of completion.
