Make sure you know which states will accept an online cert BEFORE paying this site any money. Their refund policy says you're screwed if you completed over 50% of your course, but they only tell you which states will accept it at 75% through. Pretty shady way of doing business if you ask me. And since they've been so consistent with responding to these 1 start reviews, I'm sure they'll have something to say to make themselves sound innocent, so whatever. Still a dishonesty trap of a service. Not to mention the courses they offer are embarrassingly easy to pass, and are obviously put together as cheaply as possible. I'm sure it works well enough for most companies to get new hires up to speed on the basics (or just to barely abide by local laws requiring their workers to be certified, so they pay for this crap), but that doesn't justify the price tag to an individual.
The inclusion of sex and human trafficking was unnecessary and excessive. It had little to do with serving alcohol. I would have gotten more out of it if it was focused and provided meaningful tips. Using a webinar from some random training was sloppy, low effort, and showed it just used to comply with State requirements.
