I purchased 5 HIPPA courses. Signed myself up first. Email was never delivered. Took me a month to follow up and by then they said the course has expired and they could not reactivate it. I signed up my 4 employees (they confirmed taht they were active). Nobody got an email. I reached out for a refund or help and was told no refund can be done pas 5 days of purchase and that I should look in the spam and check my emails...Absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional and should not be legal to sell courses and not deliver.
