I've been using 360 since 2021 for continuing education (CE) courses. I like the courses; they are interactive and have some PDFs as well. Now, unfortunately, this time around. I had an issue, and the customer service representatives are the worst I have ever dealt with. My final exams got locked. I emailed customer service and had to call a few days later because they didn't respond to me via email. When I called, the reps kept talking over me while I was trying to explain the issue, stating that they could not open my exams. The supervisor was doing the same. After my call, I was able to access the exams. I didn't do anything else. I was so frustrated. I had been trying to access them for days to finish the courses, and the reps were not helpful at all. However, I'm not going to lie, I was rude to them, but I can assure you that I was nice when I first called. I just wanted to get the hours over with and move on with my perfect life. But instead of helping me resolve the issue, they continue to irritate me and talk over me. Now, I won't ever use this company again because of this issue and the fact that their call center and all operations are in Manila, but they use a Texas address. I didn't know about this because I never call customer service, it's 2025. Anyway, use them at your own risk.
