Review of 360training
The classes were fine overall, easy to navigate but I ran into a glitch in their system that wouldn't let me proceed. Two weeks of begging for help. Emails, chats, calls...nothing. The only response I got was "it looks good on this end". I spent hours trying to resolve it but their customer service is seriously lacking. Had to purchase a program from another company in order to take just that one class so I could meet my renewal deadline. I wouldn't repeat the experience. I did my part, they didn't do theirs.
