Stay away from 360Training, Extremely Poor Customer Service '??? Unresolved Issue!

Stay away from 360Training! I purchased their so-called "Complete NJ Broker CE Package," yet they failed to include the required '???Agency'?? coursework.For nearly two months, I sent dozens of emails with proof from NJREC that '???Agency'?? was missing. Their incompetent support team ignored everything, falsely marked my case as "resolved" without fixing anything, and never even read the attachments I sent.Because of their complete incompetence, negligence and laziness, I'???m now facing a $200 penalty and risking my NJ Broker license renewal.360Training is very unprofessional, irresponsible, and unreliable.Do not trust them with your CE requirements '??? they will leave you hanging when it matters most!UPDATE:Dear CustomerCare:Instead of your boiler template response to my review, why don'???t you actually do something and look at the dozens of emails already sent and dozens of opened tickets but closed by your support team without actually doing anything to resolve the problem that your NJ CE PACKAGE IS INCOMPLETE '??? THERE IS NO CORE '???AGENCY'?? COURSEWORK INCLUDED!Nothing has been resolved. No action has been taken.The core issue '??? the missing submission of the required '???AGENCY'?? Core CE Credit to NJREC '??? remains unaddressed. NJREC'???s system still shows that the AGENCY coursework is required, without it, New Jersey Broker License CANNOT BE RENEWED.You did not: '?? ? Submit the required AGENCY course completion to NJREC. '?? ? Provide access to the AGENCY course, even though I purchased what was advertised as a complete NJ Broker CE package. '?? ? Escalate the issue to a supervisor or anyone who could actually help.Instead, the ticket was simply closed '??? without reviewing my attachments, without reading the NJREC letter, and without resolving anything. This careless approach is unacceptable and has resulted in a $200 NJREC penalty to me due to 360Training'???s negligence. YOU SHOULD BE PAYING FOR THAT $200 PENALTY AS IT IS YOUR SUPPORT TEAM'???S FAULT FOR NOT RESOLVING THE MISSING CORE '???AGENCY'?? COURSEWORK. I HAD CONTACTED YOU REPEATEDLY FOR 2 MONTHS BUT YOUR UNPROFESSIONAL SUPPORT TEAM NEVER ADDRESSED THE ISSUE.Your response and handling of this matter reflect a lack of due diligence and accountability. Marking a ticket '???closed'?? without any resolution is not just frustrating '??? it'???s professionally irresponsible. DO NOT TAKE CE COURSES FROM 360TRAINING. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AND SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCE. THERE ARE BETTER ALTERNATIVES WITH PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIVE, AND RELIABLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT LIKE THECESHOP, MCKISSOCK, ETC.
