Whilst I was not initially happy with the service I was contacted by the team at UR who were able to rectify and explain the situation.All sorted now and much happier though keep in mind that their terms do state 3-7 working days for payment.
I was offered ?391.50 for my iPhone 13 Pro Max 128gb and sent it to UR.co.uk in good condition. Once they received it, they suddenly reduced the offer to ?155 without proper explanation. I declined and had the phone returned, but it was a waste of time and misleading. I’ve reported the case to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards. Be careful with this company — the initial offer may not be honoured.
Sent my phone with a value of ?77 offered. UR claimed it had serious screen burn and offered me ?15 which I rejected, this was then increased to ?25 and then ?30, both rejected and the phone was then returned. Sent to another company offering ?75 no issues with screen burn paid in full.However, I have received a phone call from UR wishing to discuss the situation and I feel a little more confident in the company since.
Update: UR reached out to me and apologised and we have come to an agreement, they have been professional in there response, after this outcome I would us again. They quoted me ?175.00 for my phone, did there inspections and offered me ?30.50! I rejected it, then they offered me ?45.00 I again rejected it, there final offer was ?85.00 I rejected it, they then returned the phone back to me not in its original box just in a random box, I had kept the box for this phone as I do with all my phones, I have emailed them and they do not have my original box .
