Would not recommend, initial offer was ?269 the they slashed the price to ?90 for scratches, i told them I was not happy and then accepted ?110 as it was roughly what other companies were offering, took them 5 days after receiving phone to even update me and it's been 8 days since I accepted the offer and i still havent received payment. I have emailed them and tried their live chat where no one answered after half an hour so gave up. Do not be fooled by high offer, you will be scammed!!After posting this review they tried to contact me to resolve the problem, they told me I was going to paid that day as a priority... it has now been 12 days (8 business days) since I accepted their low offer and still no payment. I will be reporting UR.co.uk to trading standards as it seems they are scamming amyone that sends a phone in to them.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Offered ?90 as battery on 86% and charged 695 times over 3 years. Requested phone be returned.Declined offer then offered ?125 , which I accepted now day 8 ( working days) no payment. Not answering emails or phone calls. Avoid this company. Thinking of contacting BBC watchdog. They NEED reporting . Wish I had read reviews firstEDIT/UPDATE After seeing the review I was contacted by phone, explanation given to me on delay ( whilst I was on phone to trading standards) and money has gone into my account . Has now put me off selling any more phones online to a company . I hope others on here get there payments
After i wrote a review on here disappointed about payment not being in and emails unanswered i received a call almost immediately and promised my payment would be made within 2 hours and it was,all resolved and the person who dealt with my issue was very polite and umderstanding
I recently bought an iPhone 14 Pro through backmarket from UR and we have had no problems whatsoever with the phone. It also arrived very quickly and we were kept informed and updated throughout the process. We will definitely be using UR again soon for some other phones when we need to upgrade our other devices.
I bought an iPhone 14 for my son's birthday and am very happy with my purchase. The price was very competitive and the phone arrived quickly. I went for the "good" option vut honestly couldn't find a mark on it. The transaction was carried out online but briefly spoke to Wendy in customer services who was lovely - really helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend UR and would happily buy from them again.
