Review Time
Very poor experience. The web is subpar, as it won't let you enter a complete address, cuts off characters. Then it takes them a day to update my shipping info since their web won't let me. Then I'm told the shipping info provided is just an estimate, as it will arrive later. Everyone is just sleeping, was this a poor service because is in Spain, or the whole business is bad? Order is 202515.789047. Never again.Update:You should be sorry because you lost a customer, and cannot possible recommend your web site anymore. When I called up to inquire about my order, I felt like I literally woke up the person on the other side who told me they didn't have time (4h!!!!) to process my update information which I sent via email. If you insist I can name him here...
I ordered a wind instrument from Thomann in Germany and when it arrived in the UK, it was badly split, which I freely accept is just bad luck. Having gone through the stress of returning it, the exchange instrument arrived today and it is more badly split than the original, which is both wholly unprofessional and insulting! This was intended as a happy reward, but has now turned into utter misery. I do not recommend buying from Thomann if you are not local to them, they obviously have no concept of quality control or customer service, as the misery express would not still be running a high speed service through the middle of my life, if they did!I wish I had never ordered anything from them, but definitely will never buy anything from them again.
Thomann basically stole my money. I ordered an item from Thomann in good faith that the item will be delivered to me. The item was shipped via their courier DHL 2 days later, DHL refused to deliver the item for whatever reason. I contacted Thomann and was advised that they will process it as soon as DHL returns the item to them. It has now been 11 days where they keep claiming that they are still waiting for DHL to return the item and that I have to wait. This should not be my problem, the item was never in my possession. Why should I be punished and sit without my item and my money. This was a transaction between Thomann and DHL and has nothing to do with me. I demand that they refund my money but they are just hiding behind their POLICY, which only suits them. I will NEVER buy another item from Thomann.
