Review Time
Ordered a Yamaha SC bass drum. Arrived without the tom mount wing screw. After several emails Thomann acknowledged the issue but blamed Yamaha. One month later, still no wing screw. Offered to source one from a local dealer - no response. Always had good customer service before, but they just lost a customer. Poor.
Horrible shipping experience!First of all, I bought one product that they decided to send in two different orders. Result, I’ve received one order and the other it’s missing. No update on tracking status, company doesn’t give my any info… and I ended up with half a product I can’t use. Still hoping the rest comes after almost 2 weeks, when the normal would be 3-5 days.Bunch load of nonsense

I purchased a new guitar and I am delighted with it )Thomann has terrible customer service ,I bought an Ibanez guitar with a built in guitar tuner but the tuner was loose and kept falling out of the guitar, after numerous emails ,I sent it back to them for repair.I packaged it with fragile stickers, padded it with cardboard sent it with the stickers they gave me via @dhl (the courier company they recommended)My guitar was broken beyond repair in transit and Thomann basically said that’s too bad ,we can’t fix it and aren’t going to do anything about it. I was really disappointed. I've bought lots of musical equipment from them down through the years .It's a company that does almost all of its business through couriers . It wasn’t my fault that the guitar was faulty in the first place and now I’ve paid almost €300 for something that’s damaged beyond repair and they're going to do nothing about it. I won't be buying with them again and will make a point of letting people know why.
When you order an expensive drum kit and you get a confirmation of dispatch then another email saying parts of the order are missing including the required UK plug (by law) then you telephone them to be told it is on the way just coming from different depots. The main drum kit arrives but no earphones (unable to install with) and no plug converter. So the information provided by the drum section was no more than a fob off to get rid of me when I said it was a gift and all needed at same time. NO WORRIES he says... rubbish as we can now tell. I have had to go to AMAZON and buy on prime a set of ear phones and a 2 pin to 3 pin plug. GUESS what is coming back under the 30 day warranty.. yes earphones.. plus the extra I have to pay for them in the UK.. Why they are shut today. Not so in the UK we stay open on the 1st May. I have purchased from this company a number of times of times and this is the 2nd time it has gone wrong. Still two parcels outstanding no confirmed delivery dates either. Poor service all round. UPDATE.. phoned Germany and question why the must important part the plug was not with the order.. dispatched separately. DHL... Two notices this afternoon my two parcel of three outstanding will not be delivered today Friday (waited in) but next working day.. i.e. Tuesday as a bank holiday.. thanks Thomann and DHL.. well a plug will arrive today from Amazon same with the earphones so under the 30 day return policy I will be sending them back for a refund. Terrible service. should have ordered from Amazon who had the item.
