Purchased the Harley Benton Spaceship Power 80 pedalboard. First the product was packed very carefully, it was the quickest delivery I have ever received, 3 days to Australia, it's just a great product that I needed, my old pedalboard loaded up weighed 19.5kg, the Spaceship Power 80 loaded up weighs 13.3kg, plus it has some many useful features, plenty of ins for pedals, plus charging ports for laptops, phones and tablets, it is a very well thought out pedalboard, worth the price.
Easy, simple, straight forward.But I removed two starts because they have a tendency to not care about your email and send the equipment returned to repair, back to a totaly wrong address. Happened two times already and that's a huge pain in the @ss.
I've spent a great deal of money through Thomann over the years. I recently had a major issue with a piece of equipment. and reached out to them for help. An urgent issue requiring co-operation and understanding. Instead, Thomann decided to hide behind their warranty policy and have refused to assist me, leaving me with a broken product and broken trust. I would urge anyone to buy elsewhere. Once Thomann have your hard earned cash, in the event of an issue, they just abandon you..
