I am situated in the UK. Bought a product that comes with a German power lead. Thomann addressed the issue and sent me the UK part free of charge.This is my third major purchase with Thomann and they are professional through and through. Constant updates on delivery, I will almost certainly use them again.
Thomann has always shipped products that are in stock. Generally speaking, Europe's most reliable company for buying musical equipment. A large corporation with deep pockets does not skimp on small things. My own observations after dozens of orders: Do not let products such as string sets or single strings be left in backorder. These come crushed in an envelope (which is not Thomann's fault, but Thomann does not pack these things carefully). The warehouse employees do not necessarily speak English, so your comments when ordering may go unnoticed. For example, a request to pack single strings carefully or to paper bag goes invariably ignored unless there is a 75th anniversary campaign or a "pack together well" campaign in effect.String sets and similar smaller products in a larger package, for example, together with the main product, such as an amplifier or guitar case, are often crushed under the other weight, etc., which isn't nice when you bought a large batch of for example Elixir or D'addario's single strings for, say, 4-5€ and they are bent or out of their paper bags in the box here and there, some having kinks and twists.Other than that, Thomann is very trustworthy and returning is easy and CS always fast and helpful.Also in cases where strings/other stuff have crushed.they won't ask too much and you can clearly state if the order had some flaws.All in all it's humans in action and unlike some firms, Thomann definitely tries anyway to give you a good buying experience.Most cases 5/5 but with some small "how-to" caution in certain cases. Just drop a message to CS before your order is handled, and they will note the warehouse that you wanna tidy robust package.(I've got some big boxes half open because of hurry and lack of tape, only with luck pick boxes or strings all still in a box).
When I needed to send my Apollo audio-interface back to Thomann because I made the mistake of buying the one that's not for MAC also, the customer support helped me out extra and shortened the delivery time. After opening up my ADAM studio monitor's I also discovered that I missed one powercord and they immediately send a new one. So I am thrilled with their products and with their support!
