My experience was great with Thomann…

My experience was great with Thomann Music. The sales reps on the phone were courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable about their products. I purchased a speaker cabinet recently and it was damaged in shipping. What I really appreciated was how they handled the claim. They had the defective cab picked up the next day and sent me a replacement unit almost immediately. Marcus (sales rep) really stepped up and organized the exchange. He took care of everything. I'm very very happy with the results. Would highly recommend them for your music needs. I plan on doing future business with them and tell all my friends. Thanks Thomann Music. Six out of five stars for you!!!!!!

Terrible export team/customer service…

Terrible export team/customer service experience. My shipment had a customs duty issue and I could not reach their customer service for 4 days. And when I discussed the return option I was informed that the shipment will cost 800 Euros! So more or less the same value of the instrument I bought. No interest in customer satisfaction, rude and direct emails/communication and simply not easy to reach and no interest to solve any problems. They also refused to call me back. So probably first and last order for me.

First time buyer - Won't be the last!

Plenty of pics of items from all angles, much like being able to handle the goods in a shop. Good tech specs nicely set out and even possible alternatives shown. Making payments is easy enough. There is the online lottery with natural materials that the product received isn't exactly like the pics - but the 30 day return policy gives you enough confidence to go ahead.

I recently contacted a representative regarding the return of a product. In less than eight business days, I was informed that my return had been received, and just one day later, the refund was processed to my PayPal account. The entire process was flawless, fast, efficient, and reliable. I truly can’t praise them enough.I would also like to commend and sincerely thank the Greek department of the store for their outstanding service and professionalism throughout our communication. They were courteous, responsive, and made everything exceptionally easy. It’s rare to find such a high level of customer care, and they absolutely deserve recognition for it.

Exceptional company.

Thomann is based in Germany, and you don’t have to worry about import taxes—Thomann handles everything, so you only pay the price advertised on their website. Their customer service is exceptional, with an online chat feature that provides instant answers to any questions (no chatbot, a human!) My orders have always arrived well-packaged and in a timely manner. Overall, they have a very professional setup, and they are my go-to for instruments for my sound vibration therapy practice.
