Terrible export team/customer service experience. My shipment had a customs duty issue and I could not reach their customer service for 4 days. And when I discussed the return option I was informed that the shipment will cost 800 Euros! So more or less the same value of the instrument I bought. No interest in customer satisfaction, rude and direct emails/communication and simply not easy to reach and no interest to solve any problems. They also refused to call me back. So probably first and last order for me.
