I purchased a speaker cabinet recently and it was damaged in shipping. What I really appreciated was how they handled the claim. They had the defective cab picked up the next day and sent me a replacement unit almost immediately. Marcus (sales rep) really stepped up and organized the exchange. He took care of everything.
