Review of Thomann
My experience was great with Thomann Music. The sales reps on the phone were courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable about their products. I purchased a speaker cabinet recently and it was damaged in shipping. What I really appreciated was how they handled the claim. They had the defective cab picked up the next day and sent me a replacement unit almost immediately. Marcus (sales rep) really stepped up and organized the exchange. He took care of everything. I'm very very happy with the results. Would highly recommend them for your music needs. I plan on doing future business with them and tell all my friends. Thanks Thomann Music.
