(The first part of the review has been edited:After writing this review,thomann investigated my case and gave me store credit to the value of the guitar. I purchased a new guitar and I am delighted with it )Thomann has terrible customer service ,I bought an Ibanez guitar with a built in guitar tuner but the tuner was loose and kept falling out of the guitar, after numerous emails ,I sent it back to them for repair.I packaged it with fragile stickers, padded it with cardboard sent it with the stickers they gave me via @dhl (the courier company they recommended)My guitar was broken beyond repair in transit and Thomann basically said that’s too bad ,we can’t fix it and aren’t going to do anything about it. I was really disappointed. I've bought lots of musical equipment from them down through the years .It's a company that does almost all of its business through couriers . It wasn’t my fault that the guitar was faulty in the first place and now I’ve paid almost €300 for something that’s damaged beyond repair and they're going to do nothing about it. I won't be buying with them again and will make a point of letting people know why.
