Great Customer Support. I am a new customer and placed my first call to SiteLock customer support. It is the first time in years I can say that I have received excelled technical support regarding my website with any company I have worked with. Thank you SiteLock for restoring my faith in CS.
Gilbert (Sales) and John (Service) both did an excellent job. They were patient and through. They made my options clear, helped me make the required decisions, and informed me of next steps. Site lock is impossible to contact if you have a problem. Our website has been attacked and shutdown multiple times with malware. Tell me what service does this company offer? If you do get someone to answer the phone you most likely will reach a call center overseas where you can’t understand the person. Once again my customers are being sent to a site that sells domain names by Go Daddy. Wow my website domain is even for sale even though I am paid up. My advice don’t waste your money. Go elsewhere stay far away from these scammers!
