I had a Gen 3 ring with a defective battery, now granted I bought this 2 years ago but I reached out to Oura through their chatbot known as finn and was to have the problem resolved and a new one sent out. I've been using Oura for over 5 years and I cannot recommend them enough. Complete game changer to my mental health / sleep health / overall health and well-being

Lost Ring.I recently lost my oura ring while traveling, when i reached out to the support team i didn't think i was going to get the experience that i did. They were super empathetic to the fact i lost my ring and issues a replacement ring with a refurbished ring, which i was totally okay with and grateful that they gave me the option.
Oura ist der Meinung, dass man schlecht geschlafen hat, wenn man schnell einschl'?ft. Man sollte tags'?ber also nicht zu viel Sport machen oder in die Sauna gehen. Und vor dem Schlafen auch keine Atem'?bungen. Man bekommt sofort Abz'?ge bei der Schlafscore, wenn man nicht exakt nach 15 Minuten einschl'?ft. Ich bin immer nach wenigen Minuten eingeschlafen, da ich aber volle Punktzahl erreichen wollte, liege ich mittlerweile im Bett und denke mir: "nur nicht zu schnell einschlafen" und dann bin ich so gestresst, dass ich gar nicht mehr einschlafe. F'?r Menschen wie mich, verschlechtert der Ring eher den Schlaf. Das hat Whoop besser gel'?st. Aber jetzt zu wechseln, wo ich so lange schon Daten gesammelt habe, f'?llt mir auch schwer. Der Support von Oura schreibt mit KI sehr einf'?hlsam, aber es '?ndert sich bis her nichts. Immer nur nette Nachrichten, in denen paraphrasiert wird um Verst'?ndnis zu zeigen.
