I was having issues with my ring.

Oura has excellent support!

Oura has always shown excellent customer service and support. And that extends to their chat bot, Finn. I used the chat service and was able to get my ring issue diagnosed and resolved quickly.

Great customer care

Great customer care. They replaced my old ring with a new one same model and functioning battery I rely on Oura data a lot and that replacement helps. Cheers guys thanks
