2. Nachtrag:Ich weiss nicht, was wir noch besprechen sollten. Wie im ersten Nachtrag geschrieben, habe ich erst nach 3 Wochen und zirka 6 Mails von mir Antwort erhalten. Die R'?cksendung l'?uft.Wie ich aus anderen Kommentaren gesehen habe, bin ich nicht die einzige, die lange keine oder gar nie eine Antwort erhalten hat.Somit scheint es bei Oura ein Problem mit der Bearbeitung der Anfragen zu geben. Das wird ja zu einem grossen Teil von einem virtuellen AI-gesteuerten „Assistenten“ gemacht. Da liegt vermutlich das Problem. Aber l'?sen muss es Oura selbst.Sollte ich binnen den n'?chsten 2 Wochen mein Geld nicht zur'?ck bekommen, werde ich es melden.Nachtrag: Nach 3 Wochen und zirka 6 E-Mails von mir habe ich nun Antwort und die Infos zum R'?ckversand erhalten. Katastrophaler Kundenservice und ungenaue Daten!Mein Ring lieferte teilweise falsche Daten oder gar keine, obwohl geladen, sauber etc.Preis-Leistungsverh'?ltnis stimmt '?berhaupt nicht.Mir wurde per Mail zugesagt, dass ich den Ring retournieren kann und mein Geld zur'?ck erhalte. Ich m'?sse Ihnen vorher noch Informationen schicken, dann w'?rden sie den DHL organisieren (auf meine Kosten). Nachdem ich alles wie gew'?nscht per Mail geschickt habe, habe ich nie mehr etwas von Oura geh'?rt, kein einziges meiner Mails wurde beantwortet, auch keine Infos geschickt, wie ich den Ring retournieren soll. Ich werde komplett gegostet!Ich f'?hle mich betrogen und m'?chte mein Geld zur'?ck.Leider kann ich nur davor warnen, von Oura irgend etwas zu kaufen.

I have a gen 3 ring and had small issue.

I have a gen 3 ring and had small issue with it I contacted Oura and within 12 hrs they emailed me to accept full and unconditional responsibility and within 48hrs the posted me a ring sizers and then offered me a full upgrade to gen 4 the customer service experience I have had is Second to none and I would totally recommend that anyone wishing to buy the product then do so with a full guarantee that no one can match

This is my 4th gen 4 ring since January 2025. This time I received a new charger as well. I’m grateful for the support service. Thanks a bunch. Love my ring when it works 😊

Amazing customer service

My oura ring has some hardware issues and Oura was responsive, took care of the issue and sent me a replacement. All was via chat or email, was easy, no wait times on the phone. A great customer experience!

Customer Service done right

At last a company whose Customer Service Department enhances their reputation by providing an excellent experience to the consumer. Having identified my issue I was kept informed of progress and despite it requiring three staff members I never had to repeat my issue. The issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this product.
