I have a gen 3 ring and had small issue with it I contacted Oura and within 12 hrs they emailed me to accept full and unconditional responsibility and within 48hrs the posted me a ring sizers and then offered me a full upgrade to gen 4 the customer service experience I have had is Second to none and I would totally recommend that anyone wishing to buy the product then do so with a full guarantee that no one can match
