Very easy experience with lovely staff

Very easy experience with lovely staff throughout, I went through the Leicester branch for booking my laser eye surgery and they made it all very comforting and helped me throughout. After 24 hours of having the laser eye surgery at the Birmingham clinic I already have better than 20/20 and have no pain atall which was really surprising! Would recommend having it done to anyone that wants to change their life!

Awful aftercare.

Had lens replacement surgery here a ?6500 up until the time of surgery all good no complaints had the surgery a little bit of a complication but nothing major but then the after-care was absolutely terrible. You were supposed to get tested at certain intervals but little did I know that you are supposed to phone them up to ask them to book you in for your checks when I realised I hadn't had a check I phoned them up and said that I haven't heard about having my last check and they said well that was up to me to phone them and now it's gone over the date then I'd have to pay. I said I've got issues with my eyes and I really would like to check especially as there was a complication due in my surgery and they told me to go somewhere else, I would not recommend these for surgery due to the awful after-care.

Honest, Helpful, Dilligent

I had Multifocal Lense replacement on 27/4/2025. I was initially seen in Truro, the Exeter, then Bristol. For post operation treatment I have been to Exeter, Plymouth and Truro. I am still have postoperative treatment for swelling at the back of the eye, a 1 in 400 risk, which is going well. The results are truly life changing for me. All staff have been well informed and professional. The risks were made abundantly clear to me prior to surgery so decisions I made were well informed. If you do go for Lense replacement be sure to listen, read the literature you are provided. And ask questions. This is a brilliant life changing experience. THANK YOU

5 Stars - Excellent Eye Surgery Consultation

I had a consultation for eye surgery recently and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The process was smooth and easy from start to finish. Ryan, who conducted the consultation, was exceptionally professional and friendly. He made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all my questions with patience and detail.The consultation was both informative and reassuring.
