Evri tracker states my parcel is being returned, no reason given. Call back requested 3 days,ago, no response. Chat bot just tells me call back if I need more help, but doesn't actually help.The email response said my package was delayed but being delivered, not what their tracker said. Shockingly awful customer service and no way to speak to a human to sort out their mess. Please don't reply with the standard canned response saying all parcels are impirtant to you and for me to call in or use chat bot. Neither work as there are no options to speak to a human to resolve the issue!

We have just spent three nights in the guest suite at Coronation Lodge in West Kirby while visiting my parents. It was fantastic. The room and en-suite were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. So well equipped with a television, iron and ironing board and tea and coffee facilities. It really was five star.The Lodge itself is lovely and my parents couldn’t be happier. Stuart, the ward manager and Emma the sales coordinator are wonderful. They go out of their way to help the residents and make their lives as easy and happy as possible.I couldn’t recommend Coronation Lodge more highly.

DPD is waardeloos. Al zit je naast de deur, je krijgt nog een bericht dat je niet thuis was. Vervolgens pakket een week lang kwijt. Bij de tweede poging naar een afhaal punt op 200 meter van mijn woning, een winkel. Wordt het vrolijk 3 dorpen verderop afgeleverd. Niet op fietsafstand.Poging 3 dan maar naar een DPD afhaal box.... je raad het al, mislukte poging. Na bellen krijg je van DPD te horen dat het pakket in de box ligt en dat ik de leverancier om een nummer moet vragen om de box te openen. Ik bel de leverancier, die legt gelijk een klacht neer bij DPD vanwege dit niet kloppende bericht wat ik heb gekregen. Ik bel weer DPD eb sta weer 20 minuten in de wacht, wat de andere collega zei klopt niet het is niet bij de DPD box afgeleverd. Ik mort maar weer wachten tot mijn pakket gescand wordt om te kijken waar het is, misschien doen ze nog een bezorg poging en anders gaat het retour afzender.Als ik de volgende keer DPD zie staan als vervoerder zoek ik wel een andere leverancier die het met een andere vervoerde stuurt. Dit kan gewoon niet echt niet zo

Je bestelt galajurk waarbij je niet weet dat deze uit China komt. Na 4 weken komt de bestelling aan. Slechte kwaliteit en pasvorm. Wil je terug sturen en dan hoor je naar China want dat staat op de site. Echt niet ! Terug sturen duurt 4 weken en € 30. Na opnieuw 4 weken is pakket nog niet aangekomen en moet je ook nog douanekosten betalen die post NL niet weet. Bedrijf in China neemt pakket niet in ontvangst waardoor je je geld niet ontvangt want de track en trace blijft hangen op niet afgeleverd. Je bent dus al je geld dubbel kwijt en 2 maanden aan het mailen met een chatbox.
