Awful customer service

Evri tracker states my parcel is being returned, no reason given. Call back requested 3 days,ago, no response. Chat bot just tells me call back if I need more help, but doesn't actually help.The email response said my package was delayed but being delivered, not what their tracker said. Shockingly awful customer service and no way to speak to a human to sort out their mess. Please don't reply with the standard canned response saying all parcels are impirtant to you and for me to call in or use chat bot. Neither work as there are no options to speak to a human to resolve the issue!
