Great customer service with knowledgeable and experienced staff. Standard of care both pre and post operation was brilliant. I was particularly impressed with the amount of safety checks that was performed before my surgery took place (WHO checklist).

Elli and Mohammad provided a friendly and comprehensive assessment of my eye health and vision. Elli was very professional in conducting tests and informing me of each step and nature of the scan. Mohmmaed was excellent at laying out pros and cons of different options available to me.

I had my initial consultation at Maidstone Optical Express. I was greeted by Heather who undertook the initial tests and then William the Optometrist who carried out further in depth tests. Both were very friendly and informative and made me feel at ease about proceeding with lens replacement surgery. They are both excellent advocates for Optical Express and would recommend Maidstone Optical Express.

I had my LASIK eye surgery with Optical Express yesterday, and I honestly couldna€™t be happier with the whole experience. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel so comfortable and well taken care of. I had been considering laser eye surgery for some time and was always in two minds. My brother decided to go for it and told me all about optical express and the amazing experience he had from start to finish. I finally decided to book in for an initial consultation at the Leicester clinic. I met Bie who welcomed me so nicely, she made me feel at ease and updated during my consultation of what to do next. She offered the best advice and then I met with Pretti the optometrist who was great and checked my eyes throughoughly and answered all my questions. She made me feel so comfortable and was always smiling. They both let me stay with my Husband and also spoke to him about everything that will happen which he found so helpful to know in terms of aftercare and supporting me. I really learned many things on that day which I never knew before. When it came to my treatment day the nerves kicked in again and before I knew it I met with surgeon Sajjad. He made me feel at ease straightaway and talked me through the process all the way through. When it was happening he was telling me I am doing really well which was reassuring to know. He was so good at explaining everything and you don't feel anything and you're really in the best hands with optical express if you choose to go. I would highly recommend them, your nerves go straight out the window and you cannot believe how fast it goes. Thank you so much Bie Pretti Sajjad and team for the amazing experience. It's day two and I already feel I can see clearly!!!

Had my first appointment at Reading OoticalExpress . Everyone was lovely and helpful .. Went to Southampton OpticalExpress for my lens replacement . Lovely welcome and lovely environment .. Met Igor who did my surgery who I have to say was very straight faced, so that made me a little nervous.. When Ia€™m nervous I like to talk . But I did manage to get him to smile ! Which made me so relaxed .. Thank you Igor .. '?Ÿ˜? Everyone was so lovely and they explained everything that was going to happen at each stage .. The procedure was quick and pain free ..
