Had my first appointment at Reading OoticalExpress . Everyone was lovely and helpful .. Went to Southampton OpticalExpress for my lens replacement . Lovely welcome and lovely environment .. Met Igor who did my surgery who I have to say was very straight faced, so that made me a little nervous.. When Ia€™m nervous I like to talk . But I did manage to get him to smile ! Which made me so relaxed .. Thank you Igor .. '?Ÿ˜? Everyone was so lovely and they explained everything that was going to happen at each stage .. The procedure was quick and pain free .. Would definitely recommend anyone to go there .. Thank you to all of you at Southampton
