They stole from my bank account 299$. I paid for one course and I did not sign up for any trial period. I NEVER sing up for anything. I'm trying to contact them, but I didn't receive a normal, sensible response to my first two messages. Since then, they haven't even answered my question about the legal basis for deducting this amount. I want my money back. ASAP
I was charged $175 for a new year's sub (out of the blue for me, in amongst everything I have to manage every day). I was charged 175$, and have been refused a refund, when I clearly do not want to continue and hadn't used their service for the last 18 months! A really, really, bad business model.. This is equivalent to robbing people of money. Does Domestika really think that all their customers have nothing else to think about than remembering to cancel their renewal subscription? STAY AWAY from DOMESTIKA
I have been charged for 330 USD for automatic annual subscription renewal without any warning, email, nothing. When contacted them, only got info about non refundable subscriptions. 330 USD literally stolen from my bank account. Complete fraud. Total disappointment. Avoid at all costs!!
Warning about Domestika! Charged €314.87 WITHOUT authorizationLast night, I was charged €314.87 through my PayPal account by Domestika without any authorization, no purchase made, no email confirmation, no invoice, and no subscription notice.There is no record of any purchase or subscription in my Domestika account, and no option to cancel or manage subscriptions on their website.I contacted their support immediately, but they say it takes 48 hours just to reply. Meanwhile, my money is gone.I’ve already blocked future payments via PayPal and I’m working with my bank to request a chargeback and report the issue to the cybercrime police.I strongly advise against saving your payment details on Domestika or trusting their system. Total lack of transparency, user control, and protection.Be careful – it could happen to you too.
Dreadful. The description on the advert was totally misleading. I have a screen shot of it but it won’t let me post. It says limited time offer from ?49.99 to ?0.99. No mention of them covertly signing me up for a subscription. There are so many Facebook groups with people who, like myself, had money withdrawn without agreement. If you can, complain directly to PayPal or try a charge back with your bank. I got my money back from PayPal as Domestika wouldn’t even answer. Maybe they can pressurise them into refunding their customers money.
Domestika is charging an average of 250 to 300 USD once you give them your debit / credit card information. These charges are without authorization, and they argue you consented on their annual Domestika Plus subscription program when purchasing a single not subscription course on their web page. Later they claim these subscriptions are not refundable without giving any reason. It is plain and simple fraud and theft.

I’ve been crying all day; this is the first time I’ve ever fallen for a scam.Do not trust this service. They lure you in with a cheap price just to get access to your card and then charge a massive amount without your consent. This company operates in a deceptive and unethical way — they are scammers.My bank is currently working to get my money back. I’ll update this review with the outcome.
