I was charged $175 for a new year's sub (out of the blue for me, in amongst everything I have to manage every day). I was charged 175$, and have been refused a refund, when I clearly do not want to continue and hadn't used their service for the last 18 months! A really, really, bad business model.. This is equivalent to robbing people of money. Does Domestika really think that all their customers have nothing else to think about than remembering to cancel their renewal subscription?
