The only question that remains is: when will the leaders of this massive scam go to prison? Failing to honor the right to a refund, despite a request made within the legal timeframe, exposes these executives to serious penalties. Let us unite to demand sanctions.

I paid for a couse 0.99$

I paid for a couse 0.99$, and then after 2 weeks i saw a 89.99$ transaction in my Debit Card, they say i subscribed i didn't even click on something that says subscribe and they dont even response, and they dont let me take my debit card out of their website, their absolute scammers watchout!

Just a vague line in the small print I missed. I contacted them within minutes, but they refused any refund and only pointed to their Terms.What’s worse: there’s no real person behind their customer service — just automated replies, no empathy, no flexibility. It’s clear they’re not interested in helping customers, just enforcing the charge.Many other online services have shown actual customer care and offered refunds in similar cases. Domestika didn’t. It feels like a scam, not a creative platform.I’ve now seen many others complain about the same issue. If you're signing up for a cheap trial, set your own reminder — they won’t, and they’ll silently charge you for a full year.I’ve filed a PayPal dispute and contacted my bank. Sharing this so others don’t get caught.

No reply whatsoever about a subtitles issue with the videos. It's like a ghost ship.

This is a scam site to rob people.

I only signed up for Domestika's $1 trial, just to explore the platform. I never agreed to continue, and I certainly never authorized a full-year subscription.To my shock, Domestika charged me for an entire year of Domestika Plus without any clear notice or consent. I reached out to support immediately — on the very day of the charge — and explained the situation.Still, they refused a refund, even though I haven’t used the platform or accessed any courses after the trial.This feels like a predatory tactic. Most platforms renew monthly, giving users a chance to cancel. But Domestika went straight to a yearly charge, which is completely unfair and financially damaging.I'm now waiting to dispute the charge through my card provider, as Domestika continues to ignore responsibility.Deeply disappointed. Be very careful before signing up.

€313 charged despite misleading “7 days left” email, no support response

I’m very disappointed in how Domestika handled the renewal of my Plus subscription.On May 6th, I received an email stating:“You have 7 days left of the free trial of the PLUS.”Based on this message, I believed I had until May 13th to cancel. I cancelled on May 13th, only to find that the subscription had already been renewed and I was charged €313 on May 10th.The message gave me a false sense of how much time I had, and I believe it was misleading. If I had known the trial ended earlier, I would have cancelled immediately.In addition, when I initially signed up, I was offered a discounted course for around €3 — but only if I accepted the Plus trial. I wasn’t clearly informed that this would turn into a €313 annual plan. The true cost was not clearly stated, and I had no idea I was committing to such a high amount.I have not used the Plus membership since the renewal, and I’ve contacted customer support several times without any reply.

Purchased a couple of courses through…

Purchased a couple of courses through Facebook awhile back. Thought they might be fun if I ever got around to actually watching them. Did not realize I was signed up for yearly auto-renewal...for what I have no clue...ACCESS to their garbage courses? My how time flies. Received no email that I was about to be hit with a $169.99 charge. And boom...there it was. Contacted them IMMEDIATELY to request refund and cancel any further charges. This was the day BEFORE the renewal was to go into effect. NO RESPONSE! Currently going through PayPal to see if I can get the charges reversed. Not looking good. Stay away from this company unless you just enjoy being scammed.

BEWARE BEWARE Absolute scam- I payed for one short course. And they went on to steal another $384 AU out of my account without permission. DO NOT use this company!!!! Do not do refunds - struggling to get my money back.
