€313 charged despite misleading “7 days left” email, no support response

I’m very disappointed in how Domestika handled the renewal of my Plus subscription.On May 6th, I received an email stating:“You have 7 days left of the free trial of the PLUS.”Based on this message, I believed I had until May 13th to cancel. I cancelled on May 13th, only to find that the subscription had already been renewed and I was charged €313 on May 10th.The message gave me a false sense of how much time I had, and I believe it was misleading. If I had known the trial ended earlier, I would have cancelled immediately.In addition, when I initially signed up, I was offered a discounted course for around €3 — but only if I accepted the Plus trial. I wasn’t clearly informed that this would turn into a €313 annual plan. The true cost was not clearly stated, and I had no idea I was committing to such a high amount.I have not used the Plus membership since the renewal, and I’ve contacted customer support several times without any reply.
