Fantastic time had by our granddaughter, pool and all areas spotlessly clean, friendly staff.the waves and slides great fub. It is a travesty that the council have made the decision to close this now excellent and much loved facility for children. Shame on them!
I decided to take me 7 year son out today to the Sobell Centre Active play area. Shortly after arriving there, they asked me to book online, so I went ahead and did so!. To my annoyance, we book, I logged back into my account no booking was not showing up! Want nonsense if a slot is available took book then ita??s available that day correct, Ia??ll never step one foot in that place again! Ia??m disappointed and disgusted by this. Short out your booking system how are you charging me then I cana??t take my son inside! If payed the goods should be delivered
Staff always friendly & helpful. App is easy to use. Showera??s arena??t always that hot, in fact sometimes they go hot then cold '?? ? ? Good variety of classes , enjoy meeting like minded people & ita??s a great way to keep fit, & is good for mental health
The good: some of the tutors are fantastic - Sienna who does yoga is especially wonderful!! I also enjoy using the pool, it's a good facility.The bad: there is massive miscommunication in this gym - when a tutor is off sick or on holiday the gym often haven't cancelled the class for the participants - a few times I've turned up to find that the tutor isn't there, and we all go to get our refund. Most recently, there was construction on the roof and they had scaffolding INSIDE the dance studio, and the gym management expected a class to carry on as normal during all the drilling and banging, amidst the scaffolding - they hadn't bothered to inform the teacher or the participants.I'm staying because of the classes I enjoy, and the pool, but this gym is poorly managed and I think they should treat their tutors better!
Love my Better gyms, shout out to Oasis and Morden Leisure as two of my favourites. Had some issues with my upgraded membership, which did take a while to fix but Will from Customer Support was really helpful, and the team fixed it. Great value for what comes with their Better Health UK plan.
