Helpful and useful staff. One downside is there not enough baby changing stations when there are baby swim classes on.

Ruwayda was extremely helpful

I came in to get a soft play membership the staff are always around to help Ruwayda in particular helped me sign up for the membership. The centre itself is always clean and big. I am also thinking about getting a gym membership.

Grateful for women only sessions

I appreciate that the leisure centre offers women-only sessions, this is a valuable and inclusive option. However, I would love to see more women-only sauna and gym sessions added to the timetable. Currently, they are quite limited and often scheduled either very late in the evening or too early in the day, and usually at leisure centres that are quite far from where I live.The sauna is a space where people seek privacy and relaxation, and many women, including myself, may not feel comfortable sharing that space with men at the same time. Expanding women-only sauna access would be greatly appreciated.In terms of facilities, some of the changing rooms could benefit from a deeper clean. The shower area also needs improvement a?? the water runs for only 3a??4 seconds before shutting off, making it very difficult to wash your hair properly as you have to keep pressing the button continuously.Overall, Ia??m grateful for the services offered but hope these areas can be improved to better meet the needs of all users.

DREADFUL RECEPTIONIST AND MANAGER

Upset Iron monger stopped free ladies mornings. I came last week to spa and the manager of iron monger a very unpleasant lady dark hair came told me I can no longer access the spa due to some technical issues . A Pakistani girl who is receptionist very miserable and arrogant called her manager when I grew upset because I was I could no longer access the spa without paying a ?50 which is crazy. They refused access to me very unpleasant and rude.

My son's 13th birthday party was

My son's 13th birthday party was absolutely amazing thanks to the team at Didcot Wave. From enquiry to booking to the actual day of the party, the team was extremely professional and helpful. Maddie and her colleagues ensured that the tables and chairs were set, managed a large number of party guests (almost 50), and went out of their way to assist. The slide and wave machine, along with other toys provided by the centre, meant the guests had lots of fun. The facilities were great as well. We will continue to go to Didcot Wave for parties and general swimming. The lifeguards are vigilant, the facilities clean, and the team always hospitable and professional.
