I have found the sleep tracking and readiness metrics very useful. However, recently, total distance walked was replaced with total active time and this cannot be changed back. This is really disappointing, and leads me to consider choosing an alternative ring next time.

I've been using the ring for a couple of years now, and the insights that it has provided me for my sleeping patterns has been invaluable. My ring recently had battery issues, and after contacting support, a new replacement has been sent out for next day delivery, so their customer service is exceptional too.
