The pieces are really nice. The rubber backing is strange, it’s a gold connecter encased in rubber (because the gold connecting component is so small). I recommend making the gold back bigger and charging a premium if necessary. Nonetheless, my sister held the Pyramid pieces and said “Wow! They’re heavy” so that definitely left a good impression.
I do not agree the fact that you are forced to accept the only delivery option that M'?ne offers. My order was returned not even when I left a note to the Fedex courier explaining that we live in a safe community and explaining in the same note our working hours. The courier returns the package in his 2nd attempt. Reply to M'?ne in an email the situation and the customer service representative was really nice and the package is gone to be resend it. Let’s see how it goes this time. Tried to follow the Fedex instructions without any success even call them and they sends me to a place who was closed on Sundays what a shame. Hope I can get my first item from M'?ne without any other problems and hope I do not have to return my item and lose money on restocking fees. Live in a serious gated community and never had a problem with my mail before. Let’s cross my fingers and hope everything goes good for me this time.
The bracelet was beautiful! Elegant, well made with a subtle elegant finish. Timeless! And not to mention heavy. Felt the full weight of that platinum. The only problem; the size 7” runs small. I’m a comfortable 6.75’ at Tiffany! Dying to get me credit and purchase the 8” before the sale ends!
I have 2 pieces from Mene, the narrow octagon ring and the narrow Verona bracelet, both in Pt. Unfortunately, today I bent the bracelet while doing yard work. I can’t wear it while doing manual labor, I reckon. Shoots!??Of course, it is no fault of the company.I plan on getting another one to wear on my left hand.I wear my ring on my right hard, and enjoy spinning my ring with the left, grasping it between my thumb and middle finger. Bought a bracelet and some charms in July 2022.The braclelet broke in less than a year of occasional wear. We lost a charm because of it. Fortunately another guest at the party found the bracelet.Contacted Mene but they refused to acknowledge issue with workmanship and repair/replace the broken bracelet. Only offered to pay the price of metal subtracting 10%.So basically they wanted to make more money on the poor workmanship of their work.BTW, they charge 40% on the make over the gold price which is not cheap by any means.I would expect a company that projects itself as a premier player in this section to take some responsibility for its products.
I love Mene and been their customer for several years now. I have ear rings, chains bracelets, charms, pendants and love every piece of jewelry. They make. The Quality of work and the finishing is excellent. The weight of the product is good and though it is 24K , it is fairly strong. I never had any problems with the jewelry or shipping so far. These are timeless beautiful pieces and most people who notice them on me and my daughter love it. The jewelry is beautifully made, it's dainty yet strong. Rose Mary ( USA)
