I have made a few purchases from Mene’. I also had to do two returns one for being too small and the other being too thin. The clasp on the narrow flat chain is way too small for a man 6 foot tall. It’s hard to handle to take on and off. However, all the other products that I have from them are spot on.
I have order from Mene before the quality has been great, this last order does not disappoint. The pendant is comfortable to wear, a nice weight and presence on the neckline. Thank you Mene for crafting and bringing beautiful quality jewelry to the market.
I was given the wrong tracking number for my order. Needless to say this caused a bit of a panic when I received a delivery notice stating my order had been delivered to a different address. I called Mene and they clarified that my order would still be delivered to me. I understand mistakes happen, but I'd like to see more prudence considering its a valuable item.
