Their response times are consistently slow, often taking anywhere from hours to days to get back to me. Despite my prompt replies, including responding to their emails within minutes, they still take several hours to acknowledge my communication. Whether I call, live chat, or email, I’m met with delays, and the entire process is characterized by prolonged back-and-forth exchanges.
Absolutely outstanding service and packaging. 24K gold is hard to come by but this company has it all and very trust worthy. The presentation and certifications were well beyond my expectations. Excellent company and I will use them again and again. You will not be disappointed!
I am so happy and thankful for my gold etched arrow ring!! I ordered on Saturday night and had the ring in my hands on the following Wednesday. I love the design and the cost of the ring and am so in love with my purchase. I don’t think I’ll ever take the ring off thank you.
I bought the 10g cube pendant and a 21" heavy rounded box chain. Both in gold. I really like these pieces, but if I were to criticize I would point out that the lobster-clasp is frustratingly, ridiculously, infuriatingly tiny. I have a cheap 10K gold chain with a lobster clasp three times the size and it is worth its weight in... Of course, the "free" 18k clasp is small to save them money. Perhaps this helps with securing the chain, but it does not help putting it on in a timely fashion by yourself. I would gladly pay a little bit more for a larger clasp.Mene: consider providing an option at checkout to pay extra for a bigger clasp? I bought a platinum ring from them a week later. No hard feelings.p.s. There may also be the factor of wearing their pendants and charms. The loop accompanying the clasp on my 10k chain will not fit through the hole on Mene's 10g cube pendant. Can Mene make their lobster clasp bigger while keeping the smaller loop on the other end of the chain to fit their pendants? I don't know. Personally, I would not wear anything on a 24K chain due to scratching and wear.

So I try to purchase a chain. The payment goes thru and im waiting on tracking info. The next day they cancel my order and send me this email. "Order #90985 was canceled and your payment has been voided. Upon review of your payment information, your order could not be processed. Please contact your bank to confirm the payment details. You may reach out to our Customer Care department" So I call my credit card company and they tell me that the paymet went thru just fine and the payment wasn't canceled by them. So im like ok weird. So I call mene customer care and ask what happen they tell me they don't know and their verification team will have to email me. Then another day later I get a email stating that I cannot complete the purchase unless I do a wire transfer from my bank. Out of all the options for pay that they offer they will only allow me to pay for the item by wire transfer? I asked why and they said we can't tell you why? They say the verification team can't verify something. Im like ok what can't they verify? They tell me we can't tell you?WOW. So you won't accept any other payment option than wire transfer and you can't tell me why? WOW. Then I call my bank and tell them what mene told me. they say why would a company need you to wire transfer over $3000 to them? My bank says sounds like a scam. My bank says if I use wire transfer I can't dispute charges if something goes wrong and I don't have the same protections if I use my debt card or credit card. I Ask Mene if I can use my debit card from one of the biggest banks in America and they say no. Only wire transfer and we can't tell you why. They tried to make it seem as if wire transfer was the only way they would surely get their money. On their website theres like 10 different payment options from bitcoin to affirm. But they won't even take a paypal, American express, or debit card from me like im sort of criminal. And why They can't tell me why? Overall a horrible experience I have never had this happen on any purchase I ever made online before. Even for purchase of computers and more expensive things than their chain.My REPLY to the Reply mene added to this. They lie they did NOT offer me other payment methods. They only offered me one payment method and that was wire transfer from my bank. Just the one method not methods
