I've purchased about $5,000 dollars worth of merchandise from Mene. My last order was a bracelet and 6 charms, I picked up the package from FedEx, it was missing the six charms ($1400) I contacted Mene, they supposedly conducted an investigation and concluded that since I signed off for the package its my fault and they won't be replacing the missing items nor will they be refunding my money, and that's that, no explanation of any kind! Id give ZERO!!! stars if i could!!! Needless to say! Will never buy from them again!!! THIEVVVEEESSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is a fabulous product. when I received the gold Celtic cross, I was so surprised that it was 2/3 of the size I had pictured in my mind. I was so worried I'd be distressed by receiving a tiny little insignificant thing for an outrageously expensive price I had actually imagined it smaller than I wanted to. When I received it it was the exact same size that I shrunk it down to in my mind. After making a necklace with Jade and pearls with it as the centerpieces I feel a little bit better, but mostly shocked and disappointed with the realization anything I order from mene will most likely be very very very petite for an almost unaffordable price. The craftsmanship is intricate and beautiful and I am grateful that I got this after 3 years of saving up. If I knew it would be so small I would have probably cried and saved up for something bigger and more substantial. I have mixed feelings. The important thing is I got what I paid for, exactly as advertised. Yes, the models Adams apple IS bigger than the cross. Great for delicate petite people. I happen to be a massive dragon man. I'll keep it but I really wish it were bigger and more substantial, especially for how expensive it was!
I’ve dealt with MENE once before, loved my order. Recently I ordered a pendant from them. Just got back in town from a trip and it’s been about 2 weeks since it was initially delivered- opened the box and was shocked. The pendant is literally half the size in real life as it looks in pictures - it’s literally smaller than a dime. Pics are doctored on their site. Very very disappointed. This Gemini pendant looks like something you’d gift a baby!
I loved their ideas, and I loved their items until I purchased them.But I was very disappointed after the purchas it and let them know about the big problem.It is just another company with a selfish leader with ideas for their benefit only, regardless of their customer loss because of them.Their attitude to e problems is highly unthinkable. they only want the sweet things, like a kid in the business.Do not purchase Mini Linear Link Chain and Bracelet; you will lose while wearing them, it is defect and they don't accept the facts just insist their way without trying.
The gold value they display on there site per item isn’t the current gold value. I received a partial refund because the ring was listed at 10.15 grams and I received it at 9.83 grams. When you sell people on INVESTMENT GOLD. It’s probably not good customer relations to then short them on gold value. I will give them credit and why it wasn’t a 1 because they refunded partial payment. It wasn’t easy, in an email from customer service, Luanne, it sounded like they would refund me. When I called them and Luanne answered she made it sound that I would not get a refund because in their TERMS AND CONDITIONS, the gold can be plus or minus .50 grams. Which I find it ironic they put that in their Terms and Conditions because they know most people won’t read it and it covers them. Eventually, Luanne provided a refund, but I felt like it was not easy to get one. I think being off by .32 grams is a lot and pricey. I will say the packaging was secure and included a book from the owner, certifications which were faded (they sent me new ones). The platinum piece was heavier so I will give credit where it is due.
