I purchased a pendant as a birthday gift and was impressed with the quality and the manner it was presented in, meaning it was gift ready, wrapped and ready to give as a gift. It is unusual to find 24K gold jewelry and having the ability to buy pure gold is great option and Mene's transparency in pricing really makes me appreciate this brand. I am satisfied with the quality, transparency, and customer service to address any questions I have. So far my experience with customer service has been great. I plan on buying jewelry for myself, both as a great gift to myself and also for investing.

Wearing your investment

I try to buy a piece twice a year. It is my gold investment. The fact that I can wear my investment makes me doubly happy! The Holy Spirit pendant is just beautiful, and very special to me.

I purchased the Coptic cross and could not be more pleased with the quality, look, and feel of this piece. It feels like pure royalty when I step out wearing it. I would like to start off by saying.

I would like to start off by saying thank you for making my purchase easy. The packaging was nice and discreet. I love that Mene wrapped the chain in a nice box with a ribbon. My only negative thought was that the image on your website is misleading. The Mene Narrow Chain looks like it’s a bit bigger on the website and when my girlfriend opened it up on Christmas Day, the chain looked like the size of some Reach Floss.

Bad customer service and poor product overall

I ordered a pendant, per their instruction I cancelled the order within 12 hrs of the order. I received an email asking for an explanation. I gave them one. They shipped the product anyway. It was not engraved as requested; they would not honor their coupon, but they offered it again a day later (can't figure that out). The 800.00 product came in a bag...very bad presentation. Crappy embossing, just a sub-par product. I'd return but don't want the hassle of the 10% restocking fee. I could dispute it with Visa, but I just hate doing all that stuff. So, I'll chalk it up to a bad experience.

Beautiful jewelry. I like that the Mene website lists the products' prices according to the price of gold, and tells you the company's cut of the price. No complaints with my one purchase. Arrived on time, accurate order.

Listen please!

I have ordered pendants and rings from Mene. They need to understate the weight of items as it is always a disappointment to get less than the stated weight. Err on the side of giving the customer slightly more than under. Many have complained about this. Also, the bales on the pendants are too small so you are forced to wear a very thin chain, which isn't secure and you risk losing the whole necklace. Perhaps they want everyone buying only their chains which also have broken as stated by many! 24k is too soft for a thin chain. I want to wear it with a chain of my choice which I already have or want to purchase. Mene, if you don't listen to the customers, you will lose customers and leave money behind on the table. Why aren't you listening??
