I ordered a pendant, per their instruction I cancelled the order within 12 hrs of the order. I received an email asking for an explanation. I gave them one. They shipped the product anyway. It was not engraved as requested; they would not honor their coupon, but they offered it again a day later (can't figure that out). The 800.00 product came in a bag...very bad presentation. Crappy embossing, just a sub-par product. I'd return but don't want the hassle of the 10% restocking fee. I could dispute it with Visa, but I just hate doing all that stuff. So, I'll chalk it up to a bad experience.
