I love Mene! Their pieces are all beautiful and well made. I’ve only been ordering for about 6 weeks but I’ve placed 5 or 6 orders. Delivery hasn’t been a problem; I get tracking info from Mene and emails announcing the delivery date. I’ve figured out the delivery window so I’m not stuck at home waiting. Mene is the first place I’ve found that sells gold and platinum this way. I appreciate their transparency!
Like my new ring. It's the third ring I bought from Mene, and quality of craftsmanship visibly improved. Few things I want to address, weight and size.At order price was calculated for weight of 11.67 g, actual weight received (certificate of authenticity) 11.2 g. I think almost .5 g overpay hurt costumers wallet and company credibility. In my opinion, price should be recalculated for final product. Size - with 3 rings I ordered none came with right size.
I like the pendant I bought, and I am happy with the customer support. I don't know if it was just me or you guys are doing this with every customer, but I received an identity request e-mail, which I saw by mere chance because it was in my junk mailbox. The correspondence that followed took some additional time and I received my purchase literally in the last minute! Also please open a store/shipping location in Canada! Montreal or Toronto will be great! Thank you!
I got a braid ring because I don't have a ring that fits. I don't take it off and do work all day. It hasn't slipped of finger like smooth inside ones. The yellow is different to other kt! It may bend once but to your finger shape and better fits now. JoeI missed the 10% discounts sent. my birthday is soon and holidays.. I hope I could get one valid discount till end of year. Joe
Beautiful ring the only thing that sticks in my head is the weight of the ring. You beautiful presentation receipt states the ring is 13.34 grams I weighed it and it weighed 12.95. I didn't like the crappy response I received from one of you representatives it was we can be off a bit. Should I be off a bit when I make my final payment. Beautiful ring.
