I like the pendant I bought, and I am happy with the customer support. I don't know if it was just me or you guys are doing this with every customer, but I received an identity request e-mail, which I saw by mere chance because it was in my junk mailbox. The correspondence that followed took some additional time and I received my purchase literally in the last minute! Also please open a store/shipping location in Canada!
