Review Time
I bought this bracelet to hold some charms. I bought a size S, since the last one purchased at that size worked well. First off, it’s a beautiful, heavy piece of jewelry. One thing I did not think about is that the bracelet would be smaller with the charms on it; it is unusable for that purpose; a $700+ mistake. I had to buy another friggin bracelet. Another issue is that ALL clasps on Mene bracelets are SO small I have to have others put it on my wrist and they need 3 hands to efficiently accomplish that task. Make the clasps larger.
I like the quality of their gold and they have a very responsive CS. However, I think they can go cheaper on the shipping cost or at least present more options during the checkout. A 500 dollar minimum for free shipping could be too aggressive in our current economy. I think they can go with a lower number.
They don't tell you the actual width on the website or when my product arrived of my chain. It came in person more thin that I wanted. I complained, they are now telling people about the widths of chains. But not before charging me over 400 dollars for a "restock fee"
