Picture of Wrap Ring was not representative of the actual ring -- the one I got was more "spread out," which on my wife's small fingers didn't work. Sent pictures and asked for replacement. Was denied. So...returned it and got another ring...all the while the price of gold went up...so penalized twice. Not a good experience.
The object is very beautiful and corresponds well to the description but unfortunately I cannot rate it better in relation to the absolutely catastrophic delivery service. How a company that calls itself serious like "mene" can choose a delivery service as catastrophic as Fedex, it's not serious. Your company should check the quality of the shipping service even if it doesn't come from them directly.
I have made several purchases from Mene and can confirm the pieces are of high craftsmanship and value. I have also returned pieces without issue, and used their buyback policy for one item. All of their services have been seemless, and I appreciate their commitment to service and detail.
Customer service from Nicole was fantastic! She had previously given me the dimensions for this pendant so I was able to draw it out on paper to know exactly what size it would be. The weight is also slightly over listed weight. My pendant is 5.05 grams and it was listed as 5.02 grams. It is well made, light and airy design as I have other pendants that are a bit more flashy! Dimensions are 16mm x 20mm.not including the bale so measure ahead of time! I wish Mene listed dimensions of all jewelry online. I also wish that more customers in their reviews measured and gave dimensions which would be really helpful to others!! The bale is large enough to fit one of my chains which I already had. Thank you so much Nicole for all your effort around this beautiful pendant for me!!!
