Mene is more than a company with great customer service. It is a culture of service that makes you feel like you are back in 1925 and just pulled up a the Monte Carlo Casino in a Rolls Royce driven by a private driver and the door is opened by a butler waiting on your every whim. I know of no other company with better customer service in 2025. Not for cars, food and beverage, hospitality, nothing; and Mene is just a jewelry company.That is just the service though, and for that alone, the products are worth the roughly 30% premium of the price of the metals. This premium is transparent by the way and well worth each and every cent. Next, the quality of the gold and platinum is unmatched by anything else in the world. I have travelled to Dubai, and India, and all around the world, and no where on planet Earth is there a better 24 karat gold or PT.999 platinum jewelry. Personally, I love them both, and when I really love a piece I buy it in both gold as well as platinum. Depending on the outfit, you can make one color or the other accentuate your look best. Mene is a stellar company, with an incredible team, and no, they did not pay me a dime to write this review if you are wondering. I am just a long time fan who appreciates the finer things in life. If you do too, give Mene a try, you will not regret it. But hey, if for some reason you do, they will make it right every single time.
Have purchased quite a few pieces from them. They provide excellent customer service and stand behind their product. There was one line of products that were absolutely beautiful (Woven) but Mene chose to proactively discontinue due to customer problems. I hope they bring those back, but I wanted to highlight that as a case of the company doing right by the customer.
