40% for workmanship but won’t provide any warranty or replace

Bought a bracelet and some charms in July 2022.The braclelet broke in less than a year of occasional wear. We lost a charm because of it. Fortunately another guest at the party found the bracelet.Contacted Mene but they refused to acknowledge issue with workmanship and repair/replace the broken bracelet. Only offered to pay the price of metal subtracting 10%.So basically they wanted to make more money on the poor workmanship of their work.BTW, they charge 40% on the make over the gold price which is not cheap by any means.I would expect a company that projects itself as a premier player in this section to take some responsibility for its products.
